Designing an Open Innovation Framework for Digital Transformation Based on Systematic Literature Review

Background: Innovation is a critical success factor of digital transformation (DX). Previous research has shown that open innovation (OI) can help companies accelerate DX and improve their business performance. Objective: This study develops conceptual OI framework to support (OIDX) provides an overview the dimensions. in this refers Open 2.0. Methods: We review previous on dimensions, identify activities, map them along with challenges lead failure. With this, we develop meet needs solve problems implementation. Results: The OIDX comprehensive dimensional scope consisting three perspectives, eight 26 sub-dimensions. perspectives are enablers, output, dimensions governance, external environment, internal climate, technology, importing mechanisms, collaboration, protection export mechanisms.
